THE INFLUENCE OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ON THE EMPLOYEES’ SATISFACTION AT PT KERETA API INDONESIA (Persero) DAOP IV SEMARANG
Working satisfaction is one factor to promote employees’ performance to realize company goal. Working satisfaction is very important for an organization. Occupational health and safety is a significant factor that affects the employees’ satisfaction. The primary purposes of this final project were to identify the influence of the implementation occupational health and safety program toward employee working satisfaction of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang and to find out the most dominant influence on employees’ satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. The sample of this research were 80 respondents. The methods of collecting the data were observation and questionnaire.
The used analysis method was multiple linier regression; it was found that the variables had diferent influences on employee satisfaction with the regression formula:
