PT (PERSERO) Pelabuhan Indonesia III Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang is a Handling Container company that the General Manager has direct responsibility to Director Manager. The purposes of this final project report are to know strategy and facilities which support to the loading and discharge service and to discribe customer level satification loading and discharge used SPSS 17.0 for windws.
The report of the final project assignment is written by descriptive analysis. Data were collected primary and secondary data which are obtained through interview, observation, questioner and literature studies.
It is concluded that the company has main strategy for the customer satisfaction. The strategy is to take the distribution channel of leant ship, support facilities loading and discharge are forklift, container crane, RTG (Rubber Tried Gantry). ect and index satisfaction was 110%. Finally it is recommended that always controlled the data service and facilities that were given especially for the customers loading and discharge.
