Analisis Pengaruh Pengembangan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri = PMDN Dan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) Terhadap penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Periode 1985-2014
This study aims to determine the influence of the growth of Domestic Investment (DCI) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on employment in Central Java. Research on employment was conducted in Central Java for the period of 1985 to 2014 by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employment in Central Java is effected by variable Domestic Invesment and Foreign Direct Investment by 51,1%. This study finds a significant positive relationship between the variable of Domestic Investment (DCI) on employment in the Central Java, while Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a significant but negative effect on employment in Central Java.
Based on this research, the author provides advice for DCI and FDI to increase employment in Central Java - Indonesia.
