A salesperson is one of the human resource who has crucial role in the achievement of corporate’s goals. The increased levels of salesperson’s job satisfaction and working conditions will affectively increase the job’s achievement of salespeople in the company
This study was aimed at determining the effect of job’s satisfaction and working environment toward the job’s achievement of salespeople at PT.Bumi Wahana Mulia, either partially or simultaneously. This study covered 40 sales people at PT. Bumi Wahana Mulia as the study subjects. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, to test the effect of the variables of job’s satisfaction and working environment toward job’s achievement. Meanwhile, to test the validity using validity use correlation. For testing the reliability level of the questionaire using the reliability test when tested in the same group will generate the same data. To analyze this research used Cronbanch's Alpha analysis techniques using SPSS software.The reliability test show that job satisfaction variables Cronbanch Alpha (0.817>0.7) is expressed reliable, variable working environment Cronbanch Alpha (0.901>0.7) is expressed reliable, job’s achievement variables Cronbanch Alpha (0.734>0.7) is expressed reliable.
