Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan Indischool Pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia TBK Divisi Regional IV Jateng Dan DIY : studi kasus pada Pelajar SMA dan SMK di Wilayah Semarang Selatan
ANALYSIS THE LEVEL OF USERS’ SATISFACTION TOWARD INDISCHOOL SERVICE BY TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA COMPANY THE REGIONAL DIVISION IV JATENG AND DIY (A CASE STUDY ON STUDENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE AREA OF SOUTH SEMARANG)
The research on this final project are to analyze the level of students’ satisfaction in using the indischool services and know how effective the indischool service. The data were analyzed by customers’ satisfaction index and the level of services effectivities. The data were collected by observation and questionnaire. The population of this research were students of senior high schools and vocational high schools in the area of South Semarang. The samples were 100 respondents and sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling.
The result of this research showed that the level of students’ satisfaction of senior high schools and vocational high schools in the area of South Semarang based of the suitability between performances and interests on the reliability were 92% (satisfied), responsiveness were 94,67% (satisfied), confidence were 93% (satisfied), emphaty were 90,67% (satisfied) and tangible were 91% (satisfied). These result were calculation by cartecius diagram to identify company performance improvement. The culcitivication of indischool service effectivities on effectiveness ratio were effective.
