Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Distribusi Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Koran Suara Merdeka wilayah Pemasaran Blora Jawa Tengah
THE INFLUENCES OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND DISTRIBUTION QUALITY ON THE CUSTOMERS LOYALTY THROUGH CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION OF SUARA MERDEKA NEWS PAPER IN BLORA MARKETING AREA, CENTRAL JAVA.
The purpose of this final project are to identify the influences of product quality and distribution quality on customers satisfaction, to identify the most influential variable, and to identify the influence of satisfaction on customers loyalty of Suara Merdeka newspaper in Blora marketing area, Central Java. The sample used are 100 respondents and selected based on purposive sampling. The statistical analysis used two step multiple linier regression.
The result of this research are, the influence of product quality is 0.540 and distribution quality on customer satisfaction is 0.241, and the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty is 0.552. The influence of product quality is greater than distribution quality on customer satisfaction.
