THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND PRICE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TELKOM WIFI CORNER
PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia is one of the leading information technology and communication companies in Indonesia. It is always consistent in keep of quality, that is supply internet service product which has good quality and can satisfy of customers. One of product is Wifi Corner, the internet service which can be accessed in public area.
The primary purpose of this final project is to analyze the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction Telkom Wifi Corner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and incidental sampling using formula Slovin. The sample was 100 respondents. Method of collecting data are questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature review. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression method, test realibility, test validity, the coefficient of determination test, F – test, t – test.
The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 2,800 + 0,275X1 + 0,619X2 . Based the coefficient of determination is 0,595. While the remaining 40,5% is explained by other variable that are not observed. The result of the F-Test showed that simultaneously product quality and price significantly affect customer satisfaction. Then the result of the t-test analysis showed are product quality and price have significant influence on customer satisfaction.
