PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Founded on October 3, 2000, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +) focuses on providing networking, services, and telecommunications content, specifically to support the technology and information systems to PT PLN (Persero) and the public. Therefore, the Company entered into various featured services such as Clear Channel, Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), broadband Internet access, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and banking applications. As a wholly owned subsidiary by PLN, at first ICON + PLN focused to serve the needs of telecommunications networks. Along with the industry's needs with the telecommunications network availability and reliability levels that are consistent, the Company saw a new opportunity to expand its business is to commercialize excess electricity capacity fiber-optic telecommunications network PLN in Java and Bali.
There are 40 respondents: there are the population of PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS Internet Service Consumer. The sample of this research was 40 respondents. The methods in collecting data are interview, questionaire and literature studies.
The result of this research showed that the most influential independent variables on the dependent variable was a service quality (0.452), variable price (0.341) and the variable product quality (0.045) was not significant. While f test indicated that dependent variable simultanneously influent the all variable significantly. Determination coefficient was 0.696, it meant that 69.6% of all variable was influencessales.
