Companies in indonesia grow rapidly, they compete to achive their progress. Every company needs special board to run its Public Relations. The existence of Public Relations as a useful mediator between the company with the public. This cooperations involves internal and external relationship with the internal organization with employees, company’s leader and shareholder, while the external parties are the surrounding communities, consumers, government and mass media.
The purpose of final project are to know the strategy, positions, function and task of Public Relations at Graha Candi Golf Semarang.
The method of collecting data of this final project are observation, interview and literature review.
The result shows that Graha Candi Golf Semarang implements some strategies in maintaining internal and external communication among the staff of company throught manipulative, educational and promotion.
