Public Relations is one of the aspects of management that are needed by every company because public relations is just one element that determines the survival of the company positively.
The purpose of this final report is to determine the role of Public Relations in enhancing the positive image of the company through a program of social responsibility and know what efforts should be made to the Public Relations of PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java Semarang in performing its obligation to build a positive image of the company. The final report was written descriptively and the data was collected through observation, interview, book study.
The Role of Public Relations of PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java in enhancing the positive image of the company through Corporate Social Responsibility programs include: maintain good relations between the company and the environment, both internal and external; provide information to management in making decision; good communication and cooperation with internal and external communities and as the mediator to the public so that the product will be known to the public.
Results of PR PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java Semarang, significantly affect a positive company image, which are involved in carrying out the responsibilities of a company that is a step in restoring public confidence that the company has made progress in different sectors of Government.
