The Primary purpose of this research is to find out the perception of employee’S on using oral communication by manager to employee in working motivation at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Semarang (Human Resource Department and
General).
The sampling method which used in this research was got from census at Human Resource Department and General as much as 48 people. The method to collecting data were observation, interview, literature review and distributing questionnaires to 48 employees which had work in Human resource Department and
General.
The result of this research is the perception of employee on using oral communication by manager to employee is positive, it could be seen from the majority of respondent giving statement agree that communication by manager to employee has been reasonable.
