Perum Bulog Divre Jawa Tengah is a company which concerned in sector food-stuff storage in this company, woman position was needed on company service.
The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of employee on women’s leader at Perum Bulog Divre Jawa Tengah.
The method to collecting data were observation, interview, literature review and distributing questionnaires to 48 employees which had work in Perum Bulog Divre Jawa Tengah. The sampling method used in this research was got from non random sampling at Perum Bulog Divre Jawa Tengah as much as 48 people.
The result of this research is the perception of employee on women’s leader is positive, it could be seen from the majority of respondent giving statement agree that women’s leader has an attitude and running leadership function better.
