The success of a government agency or institution determined by the performance of government employees. Employee performance is closely associated with that employee morale is also influenced by the style of leadership led to the institution. Must realize that the progress the organization is very dependent on the morale of its members, as well as BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Kendal employee morale is greatly influenced by the style of leadership is good leader.
Purpose of this final report is to describe the employees perception of leadership styles in BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Kendal, so that employees are motivated to do a better job and makes performance increases.
Population is all employees BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Kendal, while the sample was 30 respondents from 39 people. Sampling technique used in this report is purposive sampling. Data collection methods are interviews, questionnaires and observation. Questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Kendal.
Results showed that employee morale will be encouraged by the leadership style of leader is always to be fair, not discriminating between employees with one another, give an objective assessment of a positive thing and acknowledge the strengths of employees.
Recommended the organization should be able to apply leadership styles that can arouse employee morale with employee relations deepen relationships with the leaders and employees so that our relationships are harmonious and ultimately produce good work or performance is also increased.
