The aim of this Final Project Report is to describe the secretarial activities of Purchasing Department at Kubota Indonesia Company. This Final Project Report uses description method and the data were collected by interview, observation and library studies. The result of the research is the secretarial activities of Purchasing Department consist of handling telephone, managing archive and mail. Those activities are very important to support main activities of Purchasing Department.
