This report is about the office layout of the secretary at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel. It discusses the kind of the layout, the arrangement of the furniture and the office electronics and it’s physical environment.
The objective of this report is to describe the office layout of the secretary room at the Patra Semarang Convention Hotel. The data collection methods were interview, observation and literatures survey.
It was found that the kind of office layout of the secretary at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel was closed layout. It was divided into three parts: the office of General Manager, the office of Secretary, and the Meeting Room. The room had no ventilations; the air circulation and the room temperature were controlled with air conditioners.
