Persepsi Karyawan Terhadap Program Kesejahteraaan Karyawan Pada Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah
Welfare programme is given by Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah that is, jamsostek, transportation money, festal day competation, money for food, insurance, canteen, mosque, and vehicle.
The purpose of this research is to find out the employees perception on welfare programme at Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah.
The method of collecting data are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature review. The sampling method which used in this research is purposive sampling, there are 73 respondents.
The result from distributing questionnaires show that the employee perception about welfare program at Perm Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah is good because the majority of employees give positive perception on welfare programme at Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah
