This final project discusses the excellent service of PT Astra International- Astra World and the tasks of customer service in giving excellent service. The final project describes the excellent service of Astra World, excellent service by customer service officer, the tasks of customer service officer, the requirements to be a customer service, the bases in giving service, and the attitude in serving customer. The data collecting methods are interview and library research. This
final project is written descriptively.
PT Astra International-Astra World RO Semarang is the branch of Astra that provides the membership and emergency service in 7 days 24 hours and is named Emergency Roadside Emergency (ERA). Astra World is making every effort to give the excellent service to create customer satisfaction.
The result of the observation, interviewing and literary studies shows that the excellent service of PT Astra International-Astra World are giving membership service, giving consultation of planning and buying care, giving consultation of payment and insurance, and giving emergency roadside assistance (ERA). The task of customer service is giving the excellent service to customer. The obstacles in serving the customer are difficult and unfriendly the customer.
