Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan agrowisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung agrowisata Tambi
Customer satisfaction is an important concept in the business and management. It dependt on the product which fulfill the expectancy and provide the wishing benefit. When customers/visitors enjoy product’s satisfaction then it would create a positive attitude toward the product itself, thus they will doing visit.
The intention of this research is to find out, analyzes and to verify whether the relationship occurred between services quality and customers satisfaction at the Agrowisata Tambi.
The subject of the research is 60 visitors of Agrowisata Tambi. The data had been taken by two questionnaires. The service quality questionnaire has 43 items and customers satisfaction questionnaire has 10 items. Parametric statistic is used for data analyses.
