Every good company, organizational government, institute and social body in the field of administration requires a professional secretary. A professional secretary must have secretarial skills, a wide range of concerned knowledge, responsibility to the work, initiative and creativity so that she can assist to complete her boss’ duty without awaiting the command.
The objective of this final report was to know how to apply of ethics of the secretary in supporting the office work. The method used in this research was the observation with direct perception to secretary of Perum Perhutani Unit I Jateng, and interview to the head the of Perum Perhutani Unit I Jateng and some employees of the Perum Perhutani.
The conclusion of this research is that the Secretary play the important role for public at Perum Perhutani Unit I Jateng by applying the professional role when she works with the boss working based on the secretarial ethics in realization of accepting or making the phone calls and accepting the guest in respectably and in a friendly manner.
