Persepsi mitra binaan terhadap kegiatan CSR (corporate social responsibility) pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang di Kota Semarang
Corporate Social Responsibility is important factor in a company. One of CSR activities is mitra binaan program, in which the company give a capital loan to social economic growth. If Mitra Binaan are satisfied with the CSR activity, they will give good reputation to the company. So it is a good for the company.
The purpose of this research was to identify mitra binaan perception toward CSR and to descriptive toward relationship of benefit of CSR and image of the Company.
The Data for this project were quantitative and qualitative one, which were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The Data were collected by doing observation, interview, literature study and distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents. The analysis method used frequency table, mean and Crosstab
The result of survey to mitra binaan shows that most of them agreed that
Corporate Social Responsibility give benefit for them.
According to the result of analysis, it is concluded mitra binaan perception
toward CSR activity in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang has been matched to mitra binaan’s expectation.
