Peran pejabat Fungsional Auditor Dalam Rangka Peningkatan Profesionalisme Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The decreasing work employee performance many result in work and not completed on time, therefore the Standard Operational Work needs to be improved, besides in the implementation of Human Resources Management should be maintained in an efficient and effective way to create positive interaction between operational technical managers. Inspectorate of Central Java Province requires that auditors are competent in handling basic task particularly to execute Functional Officials Auditor who served as a supervisor.
The objective of this final report there are to know the activity and to determine the role of Functional Official Auditors in increasing professionalism of Human Resources in Inspectorate of Central Java Province
The data area is collected by observation, interview and literature study. This final report was writen descriptively.
The result shows that the role of the Auditor Functional officers in general are watching, reviewing, evaluating audity. Functional Officials Auditor in his role has been played with professional duties as auditors. It seems with the promotion process that employee benefits and performance increases more and in accordance with the results to be achieved.
