Persepsi Karyawan Terhadap Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pelatihan Pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah Semarang
The development of an organization will be achieved effectively if it is supported by human resources as an organization management department. The education and training are an effort to develop intellectual abilities, skill, competency, working attitudes and personality. The employees are given chance to own skill and knowledge to perform better.
The purpose of research is to identify the employees perception toward training implementation at Perum Bulog Divre Jateng semarang.
The population are all employees of Perum Bulog Divisi regional Jawa tengah Semarang. The sample used in this final report with Slovin formula calculation on 48 respondents is with the purposive random sampling. The method of collecting data are interview, and questionnaires are distributed to 48 respondents. The data are analysed by using SPSS.
The result of the survey shows that the employee agrees with aspects of the training program, such as training curicullum, methods, trainers, facilities, and training evaluation.
It is recommended that the company gives training implementation for all employees to improve their knowledge, skill, competency, intellectual abilities and working attitudes.
