Analisis Pengawasan Kualitas Produk Ekspor Garden Furniture Pada CV Kayu Perkasa Raya Juwana Pati
Competition among companies in the recent era of globalization is absolutely strict. Especially competition among companies which have similar products. One of the efforts to strive this competition is to maintain and improve quality of product. There- fore, CV Kayu Perkasa Raya perform quality control activity in order to maintain and improve its product quality
The purpose of the research project are firstly to identify standards quality of garden furniture product, secondly to identify the implementation of quality control on CV Kayu Perkasa Raya Juwana-Pati, thirdly to to analyze the quality control on CV Kayu Perkasa Raya Juwana-Pati, fourthly find out the factor causing product not confor- mance with standard, finally to find out a improvement efforts.
Analysis method is used to write this final project. Data collection methods used in this final project are observation, interview, and literature review. This final project is analyzed by using p control chart.
The result shows that quality control is very good at CV Kayu Perkasa Raya. It means that CV Kayu Perkasa Raya can minimize the products was not conformance with standard. It was proved by calculating the percentage average of in 2008 to the year of 2009. The graph explains that graph in 2008 amonted 1,75% decreased by 0,35% in 2009. It was recommended to the CV Kayu Perkasa Raya to be more con-ducting the training for employee.
