A company will always work hard to increase sales volume of their product. In selling their product each company need a good distribution channel. Distribution implementation is important to reach the purpose, because the product produced by the company although it has good design, reasonable costs and supported by promotion activity do not guarantee a success in marketing without supported by good distribution implementation.
The aim of this report was to find out the implementation of distribution at CV Gendis Boga Ardians including the reasons and the factors that influence the distribution channel chosen. The method for collecting data were observation, interview and literature review. The method used in writing this report was descriptive method.
CV Gendis Boga Ardians in distributing its product implements some distributions: direct distribution channel, indirect distribution channel and intensive distribution. In determining intermediaries, CV Gendis Boga Ardians using intensive distribution so that the product can be available in the market so the consumers can find it easily. It is\ concluded that the implementation of distribution of CV Gendis Boga Ardians is good enough. It is proved by the increase of sales volume every year. It is recommended to add more retailers outside the market area which could increase the number of consumers and sales rate.
