Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Meubel Terhadap Volume Penjualan Pada PT Hartco Utama
Competition in furniture industries is very tight. Therefore company should create some innovations in the quality product and services. Beside the use of the newest technology on furniture should be applied the increasing cost product quality and services will influences the sales volume
The purpose of the final project report is to know how the influence of cost quality of product and services on sales volume in PT Hartco Utama. The methods used for collecting data are interviewer and documentation
The result of t – test analysis of the product on sales volume shows that t – test is 3.282 it means that t hitung is higher than t – table 2.132, so the Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted it means there is influence between internal failed cost and sales volume. The result of t – test analysis of the service on sales volume shows that t – test -2.288, it means that t hitung it is lower than t – table 2.132, so Ho hypothesis is accepted and Ha is rejected or there is nothing influence between eksternal failed cost and sales volume. The result of F – test between internal failed cost and eksternal failed cost with sales volume shows that F – test 239.321 it means that F hitung it is higher than F table 19.00, so the internal and eksternal failed cost influence on the sales volume in PT Hartco Utama.
It is recommended that PT Hartco utama must always improve the cost quality of its product and services in order to increase the sales volume.
