The Title in this final project is ”Handling Customers’ Complaint at PT Yamaha Harpindo Jaya, Ngaliyan Semarang branch", because the writer wanted to know how to handle customers’ complaint at PT Yamaha Harpindo Jaya, Ngaliyan Semarang branch. In the reality it is not always easy to satisfy customers’ needs. It is Important for the company to accept customers’ complaint.
The objective of the final project was to understand the way the company handle the customers’ complaint which was usefull to increase services at PT Yamaha Harpindo Jaya Ngaliyan Semarang branch. The Method of writing this final project was descriptive, the data collection methods were literature studies,quesioner and interviews, and the data source in this report were primary data and of secondary data.
The Result of observation in this final project was that after the customers’ complaint was received, then continued with data collecting, decision making and troubleshooting, and, then, the company still provides the follow-up service to make the customers feel not disappointed of the given service.
