Analisis pengaruh lokasi, kondisi lingkungan pasar dan orientasi penjualan terhadap kepuasan pedagang pada pasar Johar Semarang
In every retail store, location of the market or store and market area condition takes an important factor which influence the growth of the market. Therefore, I was motivated to write The Analysis On Influence Of Location, Market Area Condition and Selling Orientation Toward The Merchant’s Satisfaction at Johar Market Semarang.
The purpose of this research is to analyse the location influence, market area condition and selling orientation toward the Merchant’s satisfaction. With 100 respondent and Merchant’s at pasar Johar Semarang as the research object. The method used are multiple regression analysis and determination.
The result of this analyze is Y= 0,425X1+0,310X2+0,406X3. it means that all independent variable has a positive influence toward Merchant’s satisfaction and the result of Adjusted R2 was 55% it means that the Merchant’s satisfaction was influenced by independent variable 55% and 45% was influenced by the other factor
