Communication is a very important factor in every aspect of life; internal communication is a process of sending information in a organization. The purpose of this final project is to determine the role of internal communication in motivating employee of marketing department at PT Suara Merdeka Press Semarang City. This final project uses descriptive method gained by interview, literature study, and observation. There are two employees of marketing department serving as informants.
Internal communication at PT Suara Merdeka Press Semarang City consists of verbal communication and non verbal. Those communications are intended to motivate the employee and create harmonious relationship within employee at marketing department of PT Suara Merdeka. Internal communication constraints faced by PT Suara Merdeka are concerned with employees behaviour.
The conclusion is that good internal communication will help employees
motivate to do their task.
