Peran Customer Service Representative Pada PT Telokm Rembang Dalam Melayani Pelanggan
PT Telkom Rembang is a company doing business in telecommunication services. To keep good relationship with customers, a good communication with them is needed, to support the company’s performance. In facing the tight competition against many companies right now, of course good services and the satisfaction of customers are of the main concern. This is intended to get customers trust to the company. What is mentioned above is the role of Customer Service Representative of the PT Telkom Rembang.
The purpose of this research was to know the roles of Customer Service Representative of the PT Telkom Rembang in giving services to customers.
This research was done by interviewing Assistant Manager Direct Channel and one of the Customer Services Representative officers at PT Telkom Rembang. Beside the interviews, data collection was also done by studying written sources.
From the result of this research it could be concluded that Customer Service Representative of the PT Telkom Rembang had an important role customers. Eventhough the Customer Service Representative officer experienced problems in giving service. To face all different characteristic of the customers, the power of mental was needed. But basicly the Customer Service Representative of PT Telkom Rembang always gave the best due to the services standart and due to the customers needed for creating the customers satisfaction.
