penggunaan Content Management System (CMS) Joomla 1.5 Sebagai Penunjang pemasaran Online Pada CV Sriti Semarang
People in modern era make benefits from many discoveries and inventions of technology that have tremendous progress in all sectors. The need of information, recently, represents how important internet is, because it makes possible for us to communicate each other. As information media and source which are not limited, internet can submit information to all people who require it for interactive and it is easy to use.
The purposes of this report are to practice the skills create a design promotion use CMS Joomla 1.5 to design website of CV Sriti Semarang and to give information and publication about company, product, and method to order products online. The methods of collecting data of this report are by observations, interview, and library study. Research was done in May-Agustus (2010).
In designing website, the software used are PhotoImpact 8.0 and CMS Joomla 1.5, with the programming language PHP and MySQL database. To process data, components made in the backend administrator by admin and frontend for web display which can accessed by web visitors.
Based on the discussion, it is concluded that, the web design is useful to support online marketing at CV Sriti Semarang, information and publication can be done online. The information system of website can be used by using digital catalogue, and the area of extend information and publication by website is not limited after website is uploaded.
