Analisis Pengaruh Pelayanan Pramusaji Dan Kasir Terhadap Tingkat Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Ny. Suharti Semarang

The purposes of this research are to identify the influence of the service of the waiters and cashier toward the loyalty of customers at Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Ny. Suharti Semarang.
The data used in the final project are primary and secondary data. The data are collected by doing observation, interview and questionnaire. The technique of sampling is accidental sampling to select the respondents. Sample of this research are 60 respondents. The data are analyzed in multiple linear regression, coefficient correlation and determination coefficient, t-test analysis, F- test analysis. The analysis is processed constructively by SPSS 10.0 for windows.
The result of regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS program indicates that Y = 9,012 + 0,227X1 + 0,133X2. Based on t-test analysis t value for waiters is 2,081 and t table is 2,002 so t value > t table. It means that service of the waiters has positive influence on the loyalty of costumer. On the order hand t value for cashier is 1,113 and t table is 2,002 so t value < t table. It means that service of the cashier does not have influence on loyalty of customer. The influence of the service of the waiters (X1) and cashier (X2) toward the loyalty of customers (Y) at Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Suharti Semarang is about 0,372; it means the correlation is low.
