Peran Customer Service Pada Roda Jaya Semarang Dalam Melayani Pelanggan
The objectives of this final project are to describe the roles of customer service in serving customers at Roda Jaya Semarang , to identify the constraints found in the service and to know how to overcome them.
The methods of collecting data were observation and interviews and this final project was written descriptively.
The roles of customer service staff at Roda Jaya Semarang are to provide information, answer the querries from the customers, handle the complaint, develop good company image, and maintain good relationships with customers.
From the results of this research, it can be concluded that customer service has an important role to customers. Although the customer service officer faces many problems and has to meet various customers with different characteristics, but basically, the customer service officer always provides fast and best services. Therefore, customers will not get angry, but they will be satisfied with the provided services provided.
