Office layout affect the performance of all employees and document delivery system among employees in a company, so that employees feel comfortable and easy to do each his job without being bothered. one of those critical of the office layout is PT POLITAMA PAKINDO which is located at the Gedanganak street Ungaran Semarang
The purpose the final project is To determine the spatial arrangement of Production Administration office at. Politama Pakindo Semarang. To know the description of the physical environment in the office of Administration Division of PT. Politama Pakindo Ungaran. To find the lack of good office space and how to fix the shortage of good office space of Production Administration at PT Politama Pakindo Ungaran.
The report of the final report is written descriptively. Data collected were primary and secondary data which are obtained through interview, observation, read and record various information contained in the brochures and data from company.
Finally, it is conclude that the company the spatial layout of Production Administration at PT. Politama Pakindo Ungaran meet the criteria of a good arrangement of office space. Administration office PT. Politama Pakindo Ungaran use an open layout, preparation of an office desk by a straight line, Spacious room that has good and sufficient for the activities of its employees.
