In the business world generally, there are three ways to enter into an undertaking, they are (1) pioneered a new business from the beginning, (2) buying companies that already exists, and (3) partnership management (franchising). Franchise has grown to be one way to entrepreneurship by establishing a franchise contract between the prospective franchisee and franchisor to be able to use names, logos and company trademarks the goods or services that have been widely known. The purpose of the final project were make small businesses that are managed independently by purchasing the franchise and evaluate the success of the project activity with the approach from the aspects of human resources, marketing, and financial aspects.
The method used in each aspect were human resource management, employee performance evaluation, descriptive analysis of the marketing and fund-raising sources.
Singkong Garlic franchise is engaged in food and the product offered is cassava with a variety of flavors. Singkong Garlic was established on February 22, 2010 at Jalan Tembalang Baru No. 124 Semarang and on April 1, 2010 moved at Jalan Tembalang Baru No. 2 Semarang. The profit during 5 months (22 February to 31 July 2010) is about Rp 2.717.830,00.
