CONTROLLING THE QUALITY OF EXPORT PRODUCTS IN PT SANGO CERAMICS INDONESIA
The purpose of this final project is to describe the standard of product quality in PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia, implementation of product quality control, and analysis the defected product in 2010.
Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Writing method used was descriptive and analytical. Data analysis method used was control chart.
The implementation of quality control in PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is divided into three parts that consist of quality control of raw materials, quality control of production process, and quality control of the final process. Based on analysis of defected products in 2010, result of Control Limit value is 0,0417445. It means the product defect level is still within Control Limit of the company.
