Penengahan Barang Impor oleh Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea Cukai Tanjung Emas Semarang
The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of postponement of import goods and postponed import goods handled by custom and excise office Tanjung Emas Semarang.
The Final Project report is written descriptively. Secondary data are used and obtained through interviews, observation, and literature studies.
The result of this study shows that the causes of postponement of import goods are those unwritten in “PIB”, import goods unqualified in the prohibition and restriction, and indicated “NHI”. The most commodity postponed in 2010 was gun as 11.76%, whereas the lowest commodity postponed in 2010 were chemical and supplement as 1.17%. The result of handles postponed import goods by custom and excise office in 2010 are 64.70% BDN, 12.94% of import goods are re export, 1.17% BMN, and 21.18% import goods given to importer.
