Prosedur Impor Bahan Baku Kapas dari Amerika Dengan Metode Pembayaran L/C Pada PT Primatexmaco Indonesia Batang
PT Primatexco Indonesia is manufacturer of raw material for batik. This company import 90 percent of raw material and ones right usually it is from America. Based on that, I was inspired to write my final project report on “RAW MSTERIAL IMPORT PROCEDURE OF AMERICAN COTTON USING L/C AS METHODS OF PAYMENT
AT PT PRIMATEXCO INDONESIA (BATANG)”.
The purpose of this final project report is to describe the kind of raw material from import, import procedure using L/C as a methods of payment, the paties imported in import procedure, the documents for import, the obstaclesf raw material import procedure and the solution for the obstacles.
The data were collected by doing observation at PT Primatexco Indonesia, interview with the import division of the company, and searching the internet. This final project report is written descriptive.
The conclution shows that PT Primatexco Indonesia is a general importer that has API-P ( Angka Pengenal Impor- Produsen ). The imported comodity is SJVPIMA, SJVCALA, dan EMOT. There are types of cotton imported from America. The company gets some fasilities such as import duty, PPnBM, duty and PPN. In raw material import procedur of american cotton using L/C as method of payment at PT Primatexco Indonesia, the parties involved are : PT Primatexco Indonesia as importer, Toyoshima or Toyo Cotton as eksporter, PT Samudra Perdana Selaras or PT Bahtera Satria Adidaya, Mitsui O.K.S Line as shipping line, Directorate General of Custom Excise Tanjung Emas Semarang, PT Jasindo as insurance company, PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia as issuing bank, BOT Mitsubishi UJF N.Y USA as advising bank. And the document used are, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (COO), phitosanitary certificate, bill of lading, BC 2.0, Letter droves a hard bargain goods expenditure.
