The costumer satisfaction is the important factor of a the company to reach their purpose. PT. Jasa Marga is the company that manages the toll road. The objectives of the final project are firstly to know how perception toll road users against service payment on traffic management, and secondly to find out the level of customer satisfaction toward services given by PT. Jasa Marga. How is a system in a queue used for traffic management in overcoming this long line at a tollgate
The final project assignment is written using analysis – descriptive method. This research uses random sampling. The data are collected by doing interviews, literature studies and questionnaire. The population of this research are the users of toll road, and 50 respondents are taken as samples. The conclusion of this research is that the perception of toll road users against payment of toll traffic management PT Jasa Marga is satisfactory, judging from the median average 94,97% customer satisfaction indexs.
