Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di Bagian Umum Pada KUD Makaryo Mino Pekalongan
The company must be supported by high quality of human resource to reach the company purpose. The low level of compensation can influence on employees working
motivation.
The primary purpose of the research is to find out the influence of compensation on employees working motivation in general department at KUD Makaryo Mino Pekalongan.
The method in collecting data are observation, interview, literature review and questionnaires. They are distributed to 17 employees in affeir department at KUD Makaryo Mino Pekalongan.
The result of the simple linier regression was Y = 18.647 + 0.172 X. It means that compensation and working motivation had positive correlation. The correlation analysis indicated R = 0.476, it means that correlation between compensation and working motivation was sufficient and positive. Then, the t test from the influence of compensation on employees working motivation indicated that t count 3.170 is bigger than t table 2.131 by using two side test of 5 %. This shows that Ho was refused, it means there was an influence of compensation on employees working motivation in general department at KUD Makaryo Mino Pekalongan.
